Nice, large, room. Quiet. Well located at center of Rivas. Pleasant, attractive property and room. Good coffee and free water in office.

Could not adjust air conditioning to comfortable setting so it required turning on and off all through the night. The 10:00 AM checkout is too early.

Very interesting experience. Staff member spoke no English so it was very hard to communicate. He didn’t have our booking when we arrived. He wrote everything down, and had not computer system for organisation. He couldn’t get into the room with the keys. I got a text message after I had checked in to see when I was arriving. It was all very strange, Room also was not the cleanest.

Clean, beautiful hotel with nice bathroom

The hotel I booked was not the one we ended up staying in. When we arrived at the original hotel we were tomd to get into a tuk tuk and were driven a block away to another hotel that Rivas Inn apparently collaborated with. Yes, that new hotel was really nice and more lucurious but we were very confused as to why this was happening. Since we would’ve needed to pay a 15% fee for card payment, we needed to leave again to get cash. When we came back to the hotel they tomd us to go to the original one again since they were the ones to receive the payment. They didn have change so we went back to the other hotel, got the change and back again to the original one where we finally paid. This was just a huge hassle, confusing and honestly a bit sketchy. Luckily I spoke Spanish since some of them had a bit of trouble explaining the situation in English. So my advice: bring the exact amount in cash, and best in Cordoba, not dollar.
