"Towels were too small, the blankets were too small. No parking was a big negative. No SR DISCOUNT."

Towels were too small. Bedding was so small it was pathetic. No food, no parking. No senior discount. The Loft in Tacloban is 1,000 times better. Location was the only thing that we liked.

Staff was very polite while telling you they will not solve your problems.

Room was very small for price. Cockroaches everywhere. The sheet was too small -did not even cover edge of mattress. Staff said that was the only size. Water pressure so low the shower just dripped when turned on full. Electric outlets did not work. Who charges premium rates for this?? It was worth maybe 250 pesos per night. "Your Choice" should be to choose any place besides this poorly run scam of a hotel.
