The porters were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast that we hadn't expected!

Strange banging noises, possibly pipes, but not a problem at night. No evening meal option so had to walk back to town but probably should have checked that myself before arrival.

The breakfast was delicious; full cooked breakfast or cold options. Porters (the staff on site) were all absolutely lovely and very helpful. It's a good location. New room that was nice and light.

Terrible Wifi and my EE signal wasn't at all strong in the room. This really marred my stay. The kettle didn't have a separate base so you had to fiddle around trying to plug and unplug it to take it the bathroom to fill it with water. So cheap. Just get a kettle with a separate base like most budget hotels please! Extra blankets in the wardrobe would have been welcome.
