The location was convenient, and the reception staff were polite and tried to help.

We booked a room with a king-size bed, but were given two single beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable. I reported this to the reception, and they contacted the manager, but we were told that nothing could be done and no alternative was offered. The furniture is old and worn. The shower drain does not drain properly, causing water to collect on the bathroom floor. The TV is not truly usable as a Smart TV because almost every function requires an access code. Overall, the room did not match the quality shown in the listing or the price we paid.

Great location, friendly staff (would like to thank Tato once again for his kind assistance), comfortable rooms, close to train station as well as stadium. We arrived for the concert of Kanye West so it was perfect match for us.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, but the service is what really sets this hotel apart. The breakfast was great every morning, and the overall experience was seamless. I’m particularly grateful to Nika and Rezi. I had messed up my booking details, but they were so patient and helpful in getting it fixed for me. Their hospitality made a huge difference in my trip. Thank you both so much!

The hotel staff were extremely kind, respectful, and helpful during my stay. The reception team was very professional and always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast staff and all employees had a warm attitude and made me feel welcome. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Honestly, everything was good and I had a pleasant experience. Nothing serious to complain about.
