Excellent location, very nice way through the park to the town center. Very welcoming host who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment/room was clean and cozy, with a really comfortable atmosphere — exactly what we needed. Great value for money too, especially considering the location and the level of care put into everything. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Mi è piacuto proprio tutto. La signora Rita è stata eccezionale e molto disponibile nei nostri confronti ,ci ha conceso sia un early check in che un late check out,la comunicazione con lei è stata eccelente.L'appartamento molto pulito,luminoso atrezzato con proprio tutto(pentole,padella,macchina caffe ,frullatore,bollitore, sale,olio...non mancava proprio niente...10 minuti a piedi e sei al porto,circa 15 minuti per la stazione...Ottima esperienza e proprietaria fantastica

La gentillesse et le sourire de l'hôte. Il s'est montré disponible et soucieux de la réussite de notre séjour. Merci ! L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait (tout est à 15 minutes à pied : bus, gare, ville). Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture pour nous déplacer.

Logement bruyant. Il y a beaucoup de circulation à partir de 6h30 et jusqu'à 1-2 heures du matin. Nous avons mal dormi à cause du bruit car les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist top, in 5 min erreicht man einen kleinen Park, in 10 min einen etwas versteckten öffentlichen Steinstrand, der unserer Meinung nach der sauberste und spannendste in der Gegend ist. Dort kann man zudem anders als in Hafennähe sehr viele verschiedene Meeresbewohner wie mir etwas Glück Kraken oder Muränen beobachten. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, dazu zählt eine Vielzahl an Handtüchern sowie eine Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren. Zudem haben die Gastgeber dir Küche mit Wein und anderen Kleinigkeiten zum Knabbern ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem guten Zustand, nur darf man nicht zu viele Geräte auf einmal laufen lassen (z.B. nicht Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine) da sonst mir Stromausfall zu rechnen ist, was sich aber relativ schnell beheben lässt, wenn man den Schaltwr im Sicherungskasten im Keller umlegt. Die Gastgeber sind beide extrem zuvorkommend und herzlich. Giuseppe spricht italienisch und ein wenig englisch, die Kommunikation klappte weitergehend gut. Sie sind sehr nette Senioren und sind uns in der kurzen Zeit sehr ans Herz gewachsen, auch, weil sie sich nicht davor scheuten, uns zum Abendessen einzuladen.

Ein wichtiger Punkt ist, dass die Wohnung zwar über eine Garage verfügt, diese aber nicht für größere Autos geeignet ist (man kann nicht reinfahren, da der Platz fehlt). Rapallo hat im allgemeinen kaum bis gar keine Parkplätze, sodass es quasi keine Alternative gibt, das Auto irgendwo zu parken, außer in dieser Garage.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé que ce soit pour visiter la ville de Rapallo en elle même ou Portofino ou les cinques terres L’hôte est très gentil et a tout fait pour que l’on passe un bon séjour Nous sommes restés 6 nuits sur place et Je recommande sans hésiter !

The apartment is a little bit away from the centre of the city and on the hill . if you have a car, it is perfect, but without the car, it’s 15 minutes walk to the beach and the town. however, the walk is through the park, which is rather pleasant
