City Center Apartment with Free Parking

Vrlo čist i dobro opremljen apartman, na odličnoj lokaciji. Lepo dvorište pozadi. Najveća prednost je obezbedjeno parking mesto u garaži, u blizini.

Apartman se nalazi u suterenu, zbog čega ima manje prirodne svetlosti i povišen nivo vlage.

Garaža je obezbeđena, ali ako dolazite sa djecom, nije praktično.

We stayed between Xmas and New Year. When we arrived after a long drive, we were welcomed by Christmas decorations, warm flat, supply of coffee/milk/tea and a bowl of fruit - it was very nice. The kitchen had all the basics (oil, vinager, salt, soy sauce...). The place has plenty of wardrobes, wich is really needed in winter. It also has a nice garden space for relaxing - not really in late December, but I am mentioning it for potential summer visitors. It is very close to the city centre - but on a steep hill, so your fitness levels will be important. Because of that, it may not be a good place for small kids/ people with mobility issues/ weak heart.

The parking situation in most of the city is terrible, so this is not a bad comment about the flat. Safe parking is provided by the owners in a nearby garage - but it will require 8-10min of climbing Rijeka's (in)famous steps and slopes.

Sistemazione pulita, accogliente (con decorazioni natalizie), silenziosa, dotata di tutto, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni e servizi. Il parcheggio per l'auto è disponibile in un garage a pochi minuti di distanza. Carino lo spazio verde esterno che in altre stagioni (noi siamo stati in dicembre) sarà piacevole poter utilizzare. Ottima comunicazione con l'host sempre disponibile per rispondere alle nostre richieste. Grazie di tutto

Smeštaj čist i udoban, ima sve što je potrebno. Domaćin ljubazan, obezbeđena parking garaža. Sve pohvale i preporuke.

This is just a piece of paradise in the center of Rijeka☺️. Everything was very cool. Thank you Karmen for the support❤️. I will be in Rijeka again, only here. Even my picky mother was completely delighted. The apartments have everything for life and even more, and parking is a separate big plus, because in Rijeka it is really a problem.
