We were greeted and taken care by Miss Chandana, who coordinated with us before reaching the resort and took care of us till the end of the trip. The Hotel resort is huge built over large extent of property. The hotel is built based on the architecture of Hampi‘s history and is well maintained with lots of gardens, trees, Lotus ponds and open space. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. The private pool villa is a must, which has a private pool in the backyard that has an open view of Landscaping. The restaurants have multiple cuisines with a good range of menu. The food is delicious. The overall service is good.

There is nothing much that I didn’t like in the resort, but I would like to advise the management to take care of the doors and windows which have lot of gaps of about a inch which let’s go of all the cold air from the AC, which I felt was wasteful of natural resources, and also the gaps allow insects and lizards to enter the rooms.

Outstanding hospitality and service

Access road was VERY bumpy for over a mile - going back and forth each time we exited and returned was extremely uncomfortable (and will be impossible for anyone with back issues).
