Friendly staff and very helpful with transport.

Breakfast. Sinne I had to leave early, there was only dry bread and coffee.

A reasonably new Homestay, run by a friendly owner. Room was spacious and with a nice outlook towards the mountains and down into the surrounding "kampung".

While there was nothing overtly wrong with the accommodation, it was a rather soul-less place to stay. The owner is a public servant, and was rarely at the guesthouse, and thus a guest couldn't ask for assistance in any way. Breakfast was dull, a magic jar with fried rice with little in the way of vegies or meat (eg chicken) and generally cold. Prepared by the owner before he went to the office. During the day, especially office hours, nobody around, which is not great for security or getting information. There is much more to running a guesthouse than just building and providing a few rooms, there must be staff on-site at all times!

Wifi in room could be a bit stronger

The host is super friendly. It rained so much, our clothes were so wet from the drive with the motorbike and we were so cold so we appreciated the hot shower there (don't forget to put on the boiler first). He also gave us a second blanket - we slept so well because the blankets and pillows were so fluffy and soft. It's a simple room but clean. There is no flush on the toilet but that doesn't matter, because you can do it easily by your own with the water. We missed nothing in the room. The Breakfast was also good - fried rice. Thank for hosting us. It was us a pleasure.
