"Good stay, disappointing dinner"

Authentic ranch stay. Beautiful location

We decided to have dinner in the ranch one night. We were given the general buffet menu upon arrival and expected to get a variety of food just as it was stated in the menu. Upon arrival we were told there was just one option in the buffet- of spaghetti with meatballs. We were disappointed but were looking forward to the steak that was also promised in the menu. 10 minutes after ordering a beef steak we were told there was none left and that we can have the bison steak instead. We were Again disappointed but agreed to have it. The steak came out in a humble portion and overcooked. We were aware this is not a gourmet restaurant but more of a ranch experience, but we must say the overall experience of the meal and disproportionate price we had to pay for the scarce variety was truly disappointing. We also attempted messaging the property and giving feedback, but never got a response.

Everything! The location is perfect for getting out of town and enjoying nature. Every single staff member was kind, genuine, and a pleasure to interact with. The food is phenomenal and plentiful. The horseback rides are beautiful and relaxing. The cabins are quaint, cute, and warm with wonderful views!
