The place looked absolutely amazing, like the kind of house you see on a show. The owner was very nice and sat down with us for a while. The facilities were clean and well provided.

Great location. Host replied quickly. Room was very clean and exceeded expectations.

The condominium looks litle bit old but very clean however the apt was amazing , clean , beds comfortables , new kitchen. Very very nice and conserge very kind

The place was exactly as advertised, but the experience was above our expectation.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We wanted to cancel our other engagement to spend the rest of our time here.

The property is modern and very clean. The staff at the property are really helpful and accommodating. The host was also responsive and supportive when we were checking in early hours of the morning.

Nothing - only slight issue was the water temperature was warm and not as hot as back home, however I have experienced this in a lot of accommodations in Jamaica

The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Check out left a bad taste in my mouth, as we were told we owed an $18USD “service fee,” despite paying full at check in with cash, as requested, or risk being charged a “no show” fee instead. This surprise service fee was not advised of in any of my messages with the host or in my booking confirmation (I have screenshots). Luckily, I took out a little extra USD before coming out to Jamaica, but I would never book with this host again for this reason. Moreover, at 4:30AM, I received an email from booking.com advising that we had never checked in to the property, leaving me uncomfortable with the check in process and worried we would be taken advantage of since we had paid cash. Turns out my gut was probably correct. If it weren’t for the check out experience, the swimming pool being too dirty to swim in, and the location necessitating the use of ubers to get anywhere would not have been an issue for us given it was a short term stay. However, it really highlighted the negatives of the place for us, and now we don’t really have good memories of our quick stop in MoBay.

We loved the fully equipped room, we loved the quiet. And the shuttle from the airport to the property and back. Loved. Roy who helped us shop at the local supermarket.

I loved the personal attitude of the staff especially Oy who made sure to drive us where we needed to go. The room was clean and well equipped
