Sunset Fort Galle

The location of this property was very convenient. Our room had a nice sea view, and the staff were kind. However, the building is somewhat run down. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were not very clean, and I was bitten by ants throughout the night. Although the price is relatively reasonable, the hotel should make more effort to provide clean sheets and new towels, as the ones provided were torn.

The service and location was excellent yet very quiet. The manager was like concierge’ in a six star hotel. Amazing servive

Maybe provision of a quilt or a blanket.

The position of the hotel was good,inside old town and lovely old building.

Room needed a spruce up as they had lots of potential.

The location was great and we were lucky enough to have an early check-in.

We could not figure out how to have warm water in the shower.

We stayed in room called Saturn Only issue was occasionally water used to come out of washroom to bed area, rooms were bit small

Beautiful old hotel. Spacious room & good sized ensuite. Great sunset view from my balcony. The entire hotel is incredibly clean. Owners are friendly & warm hearted. A great location & so quiet. Highly recommend.
