The staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel is amazing and beautiful! Food was wonderful and Onsen was relaxing and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again for 2 nights next time!

まず　温泉♨️が最高でした～ 夜の食事も最高　朝のバイキングも良かったです😊(特に　カレーの美味しさといったらやばいです) スタッフの方も皆様とても感じが良かったです 部屋はもちろん全て清潔 最高に満足でした～❢

"Een hotel wat ver boven de japanse standaard ligt"

Prachtig hotel, met alle comfort en dienstbaarheid. Mooie grote kamer met alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt en diner was prima verzorgd, heerlijk gegeten deze dagen. De onsen waren helemaal goed verzorgd

夜、個室の食堂でしたが、小声で少し寒いなと漏らしたところ、スタッフに聞こえてしまったのか、１０秒後に毛布を持ってきてくれました。 スタッフの皆さんの礼儀としつけが行き届いているのには、びっくりしました。 夜の料理に米沢牛のしゃぶしやぶと、連泊のため２日目は陶板焼きをいただきましたが、なんと美味しいことか、 三重県の松阪牛以上ではないかと思いました。また料理はなにを頂いても美味しかったですが、特に朝のコロッケは絶品でした。 こちらの要望どおり、空気清浄機を置いてくれていましたこと感謝しております。

ホテルのことではないのですが、季節的にスカイケーブルが運行されていなかったことが残念でした。
