Villa Bella Vista by Pertama Stay

This Villa was amazing. So big and there is everything you need. Bedrooms are huge and all of them have own toilet. Pool was surprisingly big. Everyday staff asked at WhatsApp if we need anything, cleaning or what ever. Villa is also in very good location! Quiet but everything is super near. No need to always take a taxi and sit on the traffic, you can walk everywhere.

The villa is in a fantastic location which is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but really close walking distance to ‘Eat Street’ with plenty of options for good food (Estia, Sisterfields, BAKED. and Revolver to name a few), plus massages, convenience stores and more. The property was kept clean on a regular basis and plenty of filtered water supplied. If anything was needed, our host Juni, was on hand to assist us very quickly.

Nothing to fault for the price point. There is always a whiff of smoke or sewerage in the air, but that’s Bali in general. The kitchen could have done with a microwave or toaster oven, but it’s nothing major.

The villa was great for our group of 5. It had amazing amenities and we could all spend time together comfortably. The pool was amazing too. Good location with lots of shops nearby. The host was amazing too providing us with assisstance whenever we needed it.

The stairs to the second floor were a bit too steep for our liking. The location can get a bit dark at night too.

Amazing villa in amazing location.

I loved everything about this Villa, I've stayed at 2 other Villas before this Villa and I've got to say that this was the last Villa that my family and I stayed at and I will definitely recommend this Villa to anyone that is looking for a Villa in Seminyak. Huge bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms/en suite, Everything is within walking distance ( everything).. My children loved the swimming pool too.. Air-conditioner in the rooms.. Juni, was always checking in, and asking if I had any requests..such a great guy..

The villa was very comfortable lots of space and the pool was great Good wifi for kids

Water from showers had an odour, but the one outside didn't so we choose to use that one
