Nothing. We were never able to stay at the property due to the complete lack of communication and support from the host.

We arrived at the property at the agreed time, 3 pm, but no one was there to receive us, any previous instructions and we were never given access to the apartment. We tried contacting the host multiple times through the platform and by phone, with no response for hours. The location felt unsafe, especially in the evening. The property is behind a wholesale market area, and there was constant movement of people entering and leaving the building carrying merchandise, which made us feel very uncomfortable and insecure. Given the lack of response and the environment, we decided to leave for our own safety and had to book a hotel last minute at a much higher cost. What made the situation worse is that the host only contacted us very late in the day, around 7:00 pm, after we had already been forced to make other arrangements. The host completely distanced themselves from any responsibility, stating that they were not at fault and that the check-in was still “open,” despite the fact that we had arrived at 3:00 pm and received no assistance or access for hours. This was a very stressful experience, especially arriving with luggage in this area and being left without any support for several hours. I do not recommend this property at all.

Quartiere pessimo, davvero poco raccomandato, specie per famiglie, con situazioni spiacevoli. Informazioni sull'appartamento nascoste e fuorvianti tipo box a pagamento extra. Appartamento freddo con inadeguato ed inefficiente pompa d'aria calda. Una stufa malridotta e rumorosa. Mancanza del BIDET di cui non ci si accorge dalle foto. Doccia con acqua poco calda e soffione inefficace. Stoviglie assortite a casaccio, vecchie ed usurate, assenza pentolame. Letto scomodissimo. Non credo di dover aggiungere altro. Il peggiore di tutta la mia esperienza con Booking.
