The location.

Gave us wrong instructions for getting into the flat. Gave us the wrong room pin. we walked into someone else’s when they were in it. Bathroom had mould in it. Our bed had old tissues in it.

Lovely 😊 week stay with my son room lovely and comfortable the whole property was exceptional cleaner Michelle was so friendly reagen was a lovely manager through out are stay. I would really recommend this property can’t wait to book again thanks 🙏🏻 so much
