Very kind-hearted and helpful friendly staff. Nice clean big room with hot shower. Possibility breakfast in hotel restaurant. Fantastic quiet location near 7/11 and few restaurant. I hope I will be back again :o) I recommend stay here

Staff members were very nice, friendly and attentive. Although the hotel is very old it is very spacious and clean. The room was cleaned properly daily and well stocked with drinking water, shampoo and soap. The hotel has its own restaurant that cooks good cheap Thai and Western food. The room didn't come with a sofa bed as advertised on booking.com so the manager offered us an extra bed for free.

The hotel needs renovation to keep it look up to date and safe. There were lots of broken bits around the room that made the room look unattractive. The balustrade on the balcony was rotten and falling apart. It's dangerous to be out on the balcony, particularly if you have children. The manager apologised about this and warned us not to go out on the balcony and that they're planning to fix all the balustrades on the property after not being able to do so during COVID closure. There were ants in the living room but not in the bedroom so it didn't bother us too much.
