"Beautiful place, excellent service!"

Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Great pool and jacuzzi for the kids Beautiful barbecue and pizza area. But most of all, the excellent service from the host, Nicolina. She is super friendly and makes sure you will have a lovely time in Molise!

Nice views. Coffee machine (also coffee capsules). Nicolina, the host, is so nice and hospitable. Huge sofa, to get rest after a long day. Big table to have a diner, and well equipped kitchen.

Everything was great, only a tiny issue, the smell of towels (as if they didn't dry properly after washing). A nice addition would be to equip the kitchen with an electric kettle.

"A great place to stay to explore the surrounding area."

The property was very spacious and clean with good kitchen facilities and comfortable seating. Nicolina, who greeted us, was wonderful - very friendly, offering lots of information and advice about the area, even phoning on our behalf to check whether places (museums, restaurants) were open. Nothing was too much trouble for her. During the summer months I can imagine the pool and barbecue facilities would be lovely to use (we visited in November).

Unfortunately the WiFi did not work at all during our stay. (Someone was meant to be coming to repair it, but…). Access is tricky! The accommodation isn’t actually on the road given as the address, but on a higher road on the edge of Santa Maria. As a result it is more difficult/nearly impossible to get to the town without using the car. Our car does not have high clearance and we scraped the bottom of it every time we went down or up the drive because it drops so steeply from the road.
