GBLocation was amazing, the apartment was modern and clean, jacuzzi was a nice touch, host was attentive and helpful even giving their recommendations for the island, any questions I had they answered instantly. Apartment is a lot bigger than I expected. Although it was in a central location noise was no issue at all.
The second bedroom (the cave) was light as soon as the sun rose so would recommend an eyemask. Could do with some more storage for clothes.
ESWas a fantastic location- very close to bars/ restaurants and had a mini market nearby. Also was very spacious .
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! 1.Hostile and Unprofessional Communication: When I calmly inquired why our power wasn’t back despite neighbouring houses’ power restored due to the frequent power cuts on ios, the host responded aggressively saying, "I told you already, it's not my fault," among other unprofessional remarks. This attitude was completely uncalled for considering that 3 out of the 4 days of our stay, there was a power cut, leaving us without hot water, electricity, or AC. 2.Subpar Facilities: Due to the power cuts, we were unable to use essential facilities. The hot tub was dirty and unusable which was a huge disappointment. There was no manual on how to use the hot tub, particularly regarding how to heat the water or fill it to a suitable level. 3.Invasive and Aggressive Demand for Payment: We extended our stay, planning to finally use the facilities once power was restored. The next morning after extending, 48 hours before the newly decided checkout, she showed up at our door early in the morning, bombarding us with six phone calls, numerous text messages, and banging on our door and window, demanding immediate payment. Despite having received no prior warning, she falsely accused us of trying to avoid payment, claiming she had seen us leave on camera. When asked to see this footage, she backtracked, admitting she may have made a mistake, raising serious concerns about privacy and safety during our stay. 4.Disrespect and Unwillingness to Communicate: When I tried to express dissatisfaction and suggested paying by card, I received a passive-aggressive and disrespectful message. "Listen to me. It's not my problem what happens with the payment," and continued in the same aggressive tone. Shocked, I attempted to call her, she claimed she didn't know how to speak English and refuse to communicate with me.
