Furnishings were very good in the room and everything in very clean good convenient - near the seafront with side sea views.

Fact that lighting in toilet movement sensitive, TV didn’t have standard TV channels

The room was large and airy. The location was excellent. The room was very clean . It was really a nice place to stay.

A1 location. Easy walking to most things. Very smart well presented and comfortable accommodation. Minor noise from nearby bar/club but not to disturb too much. Would happily stay again.

Great location, room sizes and communication from the team. Nice touches with the table mirror water and eye mask/earplugs.

There’s a kind of damp smell in the stairwell - the team are obviously aware of it as there are air fresheners- it didn’t affect our room or stay at all though.

Fab little room in the heart of Brighton, we had partial sea view which was lovely, well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, eye masks, ear plugs, shower products, extremely clean (cleaners even folded our clothes!) and gorgeous interior, easy to access the property and room via code, 10/10, loved it!
