The Northwest Inn

There wasn’t any breakfast enough for the customers lodging at the property, they tried on Saturday but on Sunday there wasn’t any breakfasts. Also there’s barely no staff at the front desk to communicate or get information despite the bell they’ve for someone to ring. We rung the bell and nobody came out to assist.

Close to Restaurants and the Fair.

Air conditioner in our room smelled and stuck on high..Fridge had stuff in it yet..sheets were dirty on one of the beds..you had to slam your door to keep it shut..

No heat. Someone tried coming in our room in the middle of night.

JAMIE, the manager, was fantastic! Very pleasant, courteous, accommodating and professional. Should I return sometime, it will be because of her as one of my primary reasons!

You advertise "breakfast". That was NOT the case as that usually includes one or more of--or a combination of--biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, pancakes or waffles. A future booking will probably hinge on that failure (tho Jamie might still be the deciding factor).
