It's in the middle of the town. Breakfast menu is not good with very limited options. The taste of upma was pathetic.

Breakfast.

Had to change 4 rooms.Hotel was overbooked.I had kids with me.One is 4 year old other is 6 month old.Reception had no idea regarding double beds and single beds.Worst experience of my life.Housekeeping staff was very good and helping though and helped me change 4 rooms in 2 days.reception people had no idea what it is to travel with kids.They just try to push you to a room which you haven't booked.Trust me it was a terrifying experience especially when u travel with babies and reception totally uncooperative.Horrible Horrible

The room was clean and comfortable. Linen was good. Overall OK.

The food should be authentic. The south Indian dishes need more attention in this regard.

The location

I booked the property for 3nights to stay with my 85 yo mother and her caretaker because it was close to my uncle’s residence. The rooms looked good enough in the pictures put on the site. Sad of the choice and Must mention about the poor maintenance. One room had the strong smell of cigarette smoke and there were wet marks of glasses on the bedside table as if someone had just checked out. The sheets looked old and worn out. No hand towel nor face towel were provided even on request. No ventilation and hence velvety stuffy. The complimentary breakfast was below average with hardly anything to choose from. Room service menu was exorbitantly priced considering the quality. The only good thing was that the staff at front desk, restaurant and housekeeping tried as best to serve within capacity. Must mention Banrisha and Zahidul.
