"Much better than I'd imagined"

This is an amazing value in the perfect location for Texas State activities. You are very close to town but feels like you are out in the country. Fun swings and string lights at night.

"Would stay again!"

Loved the peace and quiet! It's so much better than a hotel. We didn't have to listen to a TV blaring in the next room, or hear people talking loudly down the hall, or get startled when people allowed their hotel room doors to slam shut, or get frustrated when the people in the room above you walk loudly across their floor. None of that here! The beds were super comfortable. AC was great and quiet. Hostess was super helpful.

The floors could have used a vacuum. The bottom of the shower curtain was stained.
