This was a studio condo with two balconies overlooking the Cabo Marina. The condo was clean and well furnished. The owner was very helpful and we communicated throughout the stay. The condo has a lobby desk for any issues, including checking into the condo. The condo has a purified water dispenser which was very helpful. It ran out while we where there and the front desk loaded another 5 gallon jug. The balconies have great views of the marina and you can watch the sea lions and boats coming and going. There are lots of restaurants and a large mall within a 10 minute walk. The beach is just around the corner and the condo has beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use.

The area can get noisy late at night due to boats playing music, but it never affected our ability to sleep at night.

Gute Lage, schöne Sicht auf den Hafen, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, War mit Bedacht eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht und mehr, hatten sogar einen Kühlrucksack für den Strand im Zimmer. Kleines aber schönes Pool auf dem Dach mit herrlichem Blick auf den Hafen.

Bett war für unsere Schlafgewohnheit eine Katastrophe, viel zu weich und zu klein, kein Zimmerservice während unseres 3 tägigen Aufenthaltes

The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Bed is a bit small, but perfectly ok for two people. The person at the front office is fantastic, explained everything and made the stay much better.

No communication from the owner prior to arrival, had to chase on check-in information. The pool is small and quite dirty but the biggest issue is the location. Despite the photos, this is nothing like a calm marina environment. It is a full blown party scene and you will be sleeping directly above the bars. Super noisy at night (also day time), no proper sleep at all. If you go for a party for a day or two, it will work fine, but for relaxation I do not recommend this place.

Unbelievably affordable! Very nice, full kitchen, great view, excellent location, awesome shower and cool bathroom sink, perfect balcony overlooking the harbor with a gas grill, and efficiently designed with lots of storage space. It’s located in the heart of the harbor with tons of the shops, restaurants, the mall, and even walking distance to the beach and a super Walmart with a grocery section.

We stayed in Mexico and were very pleased with our choice. The room had everything we needed, including a convenient kitchen. The beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, and the view from the window is stunning — yachts, fishing boats, and plenty of nearby restaurants. A perfect spot for walks and relaxation

The only downside is that there are bars under the hotel, so it can get noisy on Saturday and Sunday nights. Other than that, it was quiet, and we had a wonderful stay overall.
