Great place, exactly as the name suggests 'Cosy Farm Cottage' great location, beautiful countryside.
A couple of bath towels would've been nice rather than one v small one, even if you charge an extra £10 per night, just a few extra luxuries would make it 10 out of 10

Easy to find the keys, wood burner, spacious. Everything you initially needed was there, cooker etc. simple straight forward accommodation, we didn’t need anything else. Over all it was a really pleasant stay and if we need to stay in the area overnight again we would still stay.
As we didn’t get there to late afternoon a better sign may have helped especially when I went out in the evening I couldn’t see it at all. It would be nice to have more than one low three seater sofa. Maybe a 2 & 3 would be good (my 15 year old didn’t want to sit with mum and dad). A log store for the wood burner wood have been appreciated or the facility to get more wood. These are my suggestions to improve the stay, not things that would stop me coming back.

Pleasant cottage in a beautiful location. Hosts were very responsive to questions and check in information was thorough.
The amenities were sufficient. We didn’t spend a great deal of time in the cottage due to our plans but it was a good base. Would possibly benefit from a few added comforts if intended to spend more time in the cottage itself.

The host Andrew, oh my gosh, above and beyond. I got my car stuck in a country lane and he came to help, didn't have to but did anyway. Cottage was lovely. Well equipped. Would recommend.
If I had to pick something, it would be to recommend a firestick for the tv for netflix options. And don't follow sat nav up Neasdon Lane!
