I called the property to verify check in time and was told they no longer had room for us because other guest extended their stays! No one bothered to call to tell me, had I not called, I would not have known, Booking.com Rep also called the property and was told the same! At 5:00 am we received a text from the owner stating that they had been waiting for us and why did we not show up!!??? I explained what I was told after calling and he went on to say well we have room now if you want to come!! Ahaa NO, I already had to make other arrangements! I tried to call the property several times with numbers given on the email, and left a voice mail and no call back, called several other time and could not leave a message, mailbox full! But on the 5am text he says, I wish you had spoken to me, your host! I CALLED TYE NUMBERS LISTED IN THE EMAIL THAT WAS SWNT ANF NO ANDWER!! Still think it’s very creepy that they text at 5 am and said we could come now??? Very strange!!!

Nothing, avoid this place at all costs!

Staff were extremely rude. They had no space available yet still accepted the booking. I had to chase for a refund after not getting any response from the property. Avoid this place!

I was ripped off. No one was there to meet me upon arrival on the date and time of check in (5/3/2024). Accordingly, I did not get what I paid for. I was provided a confirmation number and a host call number, but I was never provided a PIN number. On the date of check in (5/3/2024), I called the provided host phone number three times between 9:26 AM and 3:06 PM(EDT) , and left two voice messages. No return call. I appeared at the home at 10:40 PM, within the designated check in time (10:00 PM-11:00 PM EDT). No one was there. I rang the bell and called the host phone number two more times from the front porch. No response was received until 2:30 AM the following morning (after finding another place). The host (or his/her representative) refused to take responsibility or provide a full refund. She claimed I did not call or appear at the residence. My phone records and witness prove otherwise. She refused to provide a full refund. I cannot get through to Booking.com because I was never provided a PIN. Extremely dissatisfied.

I loved everything about staying here. It felt like staying with family. The room was very clean and comfortable the shower was clean and hot and the house was beautiful. The owner is a kind, welcoming woman ready to help with any need. Would stay again anytime
