useless hotel. no restaurent, beds were only 5 feet long. pathetic linen. lift is so small that only 2 persons can barely stand. worthless.

I didnt like anything

I have booked the Hotel and informed the Receptionist i will be checkin at 7-8:00 PM over call as i had to travel from Pune. When i checkin at 8:00 pm he told me that i have given to someone else. Such a worst thing.

Location

Not clean, cockroaches were room, no food facility, they didn’t clean the room, dirty bedsheets, dirty blankets, they didn’t clean dustbin, they didn’t changed the bedsheets even on 2nd day, Geyser not working, no mug in bathroom, no foot-mat in room, staff don’t listen even if we ask for something, they gave only 1 glass to share among 4 people, no shampoo, no soap, there were big dead rat in lobby.
