La ubicación perfecta. El personal, Ayoub, encantador. El desayuno muy completo. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, con aire acondicionado. El riad en general muy bonito, con una gran terraza arriba.

Todo fue perfecto.

Ayoub was a wonderful host who provided an excellent dinner recommendation and put together a sack breakfast for me given my early departure. An excellent facility made even better by the thoughtful staff!

Su ubicación

La ausencia de limpieza de la habitación y las instalaciones. El trato del inexistente personal. Me siento a desayunar a las 09:45 y no hay nadie, a los diez minutos de espera escribo por Whassapp al numero del chico que me dio las llaves y me cobro la tasa de turismo( todavía estoy esperando a que me diga su nombre y a que me de los 10 dírhams de vuelta) y me dice que el desayuno es hasta las 09:50 y que el ya esta lejos para solucionármelo. Tampoco perdí gran cosa ya que al día siguiente baje a desayunar y dejaba muchísimo que desear, ni leche para el café me pusieron aun pidiéndola dos veces. La habitación ni la tocaron, no repusieron ni el papel higiénico. Un abandono total de la atención al cliente.
