The lady who did the cleaning was efficient and lovely. I felt that she was thorough in what she did and I would definitely employ her back at home. In the late morning the bit of sunlight was very pleasant and appreciated. The apartment was spacious enough for our needs and had good external electric privacy screens.

The apartment needs a lot of attention to bring it up to speed. The toilet seat is broken and the shower head as well. It won’t stay up. The handle is off the dishwasher to prevent it from being used. There is a washing machine but we couldn’t use it because there was nowhere to dry the clothes so we had to go to the laundromat. The back balcony cannot be accessed (and looked a bit unsafe anyway.) The apartment was very cold and we couldn’t heat it. This was a particular problem in the late afternoon, evenings and night. Even though there was an air conditioner there was no remote control to operate it. The grout in the shower recess is mouldy. The only mirror in the apartment (in the bathroom) is too high and only suitable for tall people. All of these issues are fixable and the apartment has the potential to be far more comfortable and appealing. (Noise from neighbours was quite audible, particularly scraping of furniture, but this is not something that the owner has control over.)

Sehr schönes modern ausgestattetes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Nicht weit vom Ortskern gelegen, ruhige Straße.

Die Zugangsinformation hatte mich nicht erreicht, aber nach einem Telefonat war alles schnell geklärt.

Easy to find and let yourself in. Good sized 1 bedroom apartment where everything worked and appeared new. Shower good with plenty of hot water. Handy location. Good wifi.

Bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. Had to fill out online checkin through stupid website that asks for your data about 3 times, very very frustrating. If owners actually meet you on site it saves all the hassle of the website that keeps coming up with errors.

Excellent appartement moderne et très bien équipé. Pas loin du centre-ville, facile à se garer le long de la route, l'appartement est également très calme. Du café est mis à disposition.
