The cleaning of the vila could be better. But when we told them the fixed everything in a day to make our stay perfect.

AUWe stayed 7 nights at Shamara Villa in the bedroom upstairs and it was huge! Would be ideal for two couples as the bedrooms are very separated (one upstairs and one down stairs). Beautifully modern with a stunning outdoor area for relaxing by the pool. Bed was really comfortable. The welcome gift on the downstairs bed was very sweet and the cake they provided was very tasty we were very thankful. House keeping was done very well.
Cigarette filter found next to bed and bin in the bathroom had some rubbish in it. Some of the dishes were also dirty. The drain in the shower would fill up and over flow. Some of the doors were impossible to lock with the keys. No aircon in the lounge/kitchen area meant we couldn’t spend much time in their due to the heat build up.
