Accra Luxury Apartments at Loxwood

The location and security is the only thing that made up for this place. All the amenities outside of the room itself (like the pool and gym) were decent. The host was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Decent amenities and all facilities to cook your own food. Sage restaurant was great and the c-mart was very convenient

Check-in when booked on external websites can be a bit confusing as it’s an external person that will be your host and take payments. This was not communicated properly. Luckily for us the host was friendly and made us feel comfortable. We were not informed that they would move us to a different room and they told us at the last minute. The room they moved us to was a complete downgrade and a lot of the facilities were not functioning as they should. The move seemed to have been made in a rush as all the bowls provided were wet and had to be re washed by myself. There were buttons in the sink and we also were not given any toilet roll for 2 days. Granted the team on WhatsApp were responsive and quick to answer bur on site they disputed all our complaints.

Breakfast was good and other services provided by the host was also good
