10/10 – Exceptional Stay, Outstanding Service I had an amazing stay with Accra Luxury at Loxwood Apartments and would highly recommend it. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and clearly very well managed. Everything was to a high standard, and the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Ernest, Cynthia, Calvin, Akpene and the wider team were all fantastic, professional, responsive, friendly, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Akpene, who was our personal host. She was absolutely outstanding. Always responsive, thoughtful, kind, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Her communication was excellent, she regularly checked in on us, and she genuinely made the experience even more enjoyable. If I could give her 12/10, I would. Thank you again to the whole team for such a wonderful stay. I would happily return and recommend Accra Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Accra.

Myself and my friends had an amazing stay at Accra luxury apartments at Loxwood! From start to finish, everyone was friendly professional and attentive. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the pool on the 11th floor was lovely we were able to spend some time there before we went to the airport to go home. I want to say a special thank you to Akpene who from day one showed the upmost level of customer service and friendliness. I can't wait to return back to Accra and stay here again. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around Accra, especially being close to the airport and key areas. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay (always available via WhatsApp). We also appreciated the overall security and comfort of the property, as well as the amenities like the pool and gym. Breakfast service was convenient and well organized.

The WiFi connection in the room was occasionally unreliable, which could be improved. Aside from that, everything else met expectations.
