Ardan Maison Ubud

the house, the staff, the cleanliness

It was a 9/10 stay, but there are a few aspects I didn’t enjoy. Ardan Maison is quite far from the city center, and walking wasn’t an option as there was no pedestrian access; the only way to get around was using Grab taxi or scooter. However, the location is beautiful, nestled in the jungle, far from the noise of the city. Another area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it is prepared with great care, I would have preferred it to be made fresh on-site, rather than being delivered wrapped in plastic. Also, it would be great to have the option for a traditional European breakfast, such as coffee with milk, cappuccino, latte, espresso, croissants, or pancakes, or even just milk and yogurt. A suggestion would be to invest in a coffee machine so guests can enjoy freshly brewed coffee.

Hotel is located in a beautiful garden.. we've got to the breakfast to our terrace everyday.. the Denii and his wife was very kind and helpfull.. Thank yku for all..

It’s new, stylish and modern. The outdoor patio and kitchen are nice. And it gives you the feeling of full privacy. Beautiful view from the room. The staff were helpful! And the best included breakfast I have had in Bali. Thanks.

My main concern was spiders. Well, I know I’m in Bali but when I arrived and walked to my room, I got into spider nets and many small spiders jumped on my body and face. There were lots of insects in the room too. But the worst thing happened at night when a huge spider bigger than my hand appeared in my room (idk how?!) and ran into my bed. I was horrified!!! The staff removed him but I couldn’t sleep the whole night! It was so stressful for me. You should take that in mind when decide to stay there. They don’t even cut the trees that are on your way to go out, very uncomfortable. There is no reception. When I arrived, no one was there although we agreed on time beforehand. The shower stream is weak, it comes and go.

Location is nice and good privacy

The hot water finish after 5 min, many insects on the floor and the bed. Cockroaches found inside one dead and another one roaming around. Need to work more on the service and quick response

Wonderful place! Beautiful accommodation, delicious breakfast, and close to the Sayan area of Ubud which is great for yoga & cafes.

Nothing! Everything was great.

We got the apartment furthest back in the property, which gave it very secluded and private experience. Surrounded by a river and forest it made you feel in the middle of the jungle, a stone throw away from Ubud.

The bathroom was not cleaned very well.

The location was very good. It's 10 minutes from the center of Ubud. And they cleaned the room every day. I will definitely stay here when I come again.

The view is amazing and the room is super clean. It feels so secluded and peaceful. It’s about 2km away from Ubud city centre but there’s everything you need nearby (laundry, cafes etc). It only takes about 10-15 min to go into town by Grab bike and the ride is always beautiful.

The shower gets cold after 5 min.
