Die Lage war sehr gut. Nicht weit zu den Stockyards. Die Idee als Appartement ist auch gut. Der Kontakt mit dem Mint House hat auch gut funktioniert.

Leider gab es einen Aufzug. Das Treppenhaus hatte mehr von einem Parkhaus und war nicht sehr einladend. Im Zimmer wurde extrem gespart an der Qualität der Möbel das man auch sieht. Es hat leider sehr gestunken im Appartement. Ein unangenehmer Geruch. Vielleicht von irgendwelchen vorherigen Gästen die etwas gekocht haben. Leider war es auch nicht richtig sauber. Im Bad wurden die Haare des Vorgängers nur hin und her gewischt. Im Flur war auch noch überall Dreck. An den Wänden ist Schmutz, Flecken an den Möbeln, die eigenen leicht zu entfernen wären. In der Waschmaschinentür, die Haare. Der Teppich um das Bett hat denke ich noch nie eine Reinigung gesehen. Es ist leider nicht einladend, wenn es schmutzig ist, man fühlt sich einfach nicht wohl. Aber das wäre eigentlich leicht änderbar.

Parking was very easy. Very spacious room. Vomfortabke bed. Has a full kitchen with evrrything you need. Bathroom was a good size. Had lots of towels. AC worked reallly goood.

Did seem like sweeping was missed. Would have been nice if shower had shelves to put shampoo and stuff on. The faucet in the bathroom was too short.

The trash running at 7am on a Sunday! Which I understand the property doesn’t have a choice, it was annoying.

This is my 2nd stay with Mint House, last time was in New York. Great experiences with both, would recommend to others b/c it is easy to book with them, check-in & out with. Love the freedom & the posh accomodations!

Great spot, clean and convenient. I would give it a 5/5 if the window coverings were effective. Lots of light coming in with city lights beaming in all night long.
