My first room was NOT good. It was a small room with inadequate furniture: One small round table not good for work. Limited flat space besides the kitchen counters No sofa or good reading chair No bedside table No dresser or drawers Plugs by desk used for wifi equipment-no place to plug in my laptop. However, I requested and promptly received a multi-plug cord. Then, due to an electrical problem, I changed rooms - it was MUCH better and had all the furniture that I listed as missing in the first room. If I had stayed in the original room, my rating would have been 2 or 3 points lower than a 9.

Fantastic place! Second stay here and will be back.

The 'apartment' was great. I got a studio. It was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The only thing that couod have made it better was pillows that were not quite so thick. Also, there is this cool looking black material on the ceiling that would creak very loudly when the air would come on and scare the hell out of me. Lol! I would stay bere again though.

Fantastic location and very clean and comfortable room! The kitchenette was very adequately stocked and it was nice to have a more apartment-feeling accommodation to come back to at the end of the day. The only issue we had was the noise of the structural supports. We stayed on the second floor, and whenever any of the doors on the floor were opened, creaking along the roof and structures would reverberate through our room, which as a light sleeper, made it difficult to sleep sometimes. But overall, a fantastic location and room. The remote check-in can’t be beat!

It would be helpful to have a full length mirror in the room.

So two things to be aware of: 1. The first floor of this set-up literally has an all-glass door and sidewalk right beside your bed. Strange and can be loud. 2. The reservation process is 2x the work. You reserve on hotels.com then they send you a link and you have to reserve again (including giving your credit card and personal identification ON TOP OF reserving on hotels.com
