Nice place

Rooms are bit small.

The peaceful location & the comfortable accommodation.

The oven wasn’t very hot, it took a long time to cook a meal.

Not having washing machine + clothes dryer

Great property, well furnished, had everything we needed for a good price.

Had to search for power point in bedroom with double and single bed as designed for 1 bed only - found behind the bed head board and had to move beds around to use. Mattress not very comfy in some rooms but in others Ok. Minor points as overall the main rooms were very good.

Location was excellent for the university open day

The carpets were old fashioned and marked in places. The pool was covered over when we got there even though I’d been told it would be open to use when we arrived. No staff to see anywhere. The hairdryer was missing so I rang and they did bring me another one but that chap was the only one we saw. Thankfully we were only staying one night. But I would say the beds were comfortable and clean so we all slept well, shower screen lets the water under the bottom so had to use towels to catch the water!

Curtains didn’t close, Sofas were dirty Sticky residue on the wardrobe doors paint missing of shirting boards Cobwebs in the kitchen Banisters broken on the decking, Generally not clean.
