I’m Australian volunteer and do volunteer duties for a couple of organisations, one within 30-40min walk which is actually quite nice. Frequently stay here because location is good, walk to most places, Palats Sportu Metro, Gulliver Shopping complex with large supermarket below, are close by and while not super cheap to stay here, it’s ok value. Had “Suite” during this stay which was quite comfortable although sofa needs replacing given can feel the springs through the seating, assuming kids have been using as trampoline in past.

HOT water is not very hot in room, barely luke warm at times so temperature desperately needs adjusting slightly. Sometimes struggled to even have warm shower at all. ENG TV channels died somehow, CNN and EuroNews dropped for entire stay in Suite, and half the stay from previous booking a week earlier in standard room. Technicians tried restoring and ended up retuning them to wrong channels…..maybe upgrade all room TVs to smart TVs so people can log into their own streaming accounts and watch their own tv/movies at leisure. Lastly, sheets for bed! Why are the sheets always too small for the mattress?? For some reason house maid cannot make a bed without leaving one side of the bed sheet untucked from mattress thus sheet moves underneath you in the night. I have had to remake the bed each time room was serviced but also difficult when sheet is too small for mattress.
