Clean room
Like most, we came to Xico for quiet and relaxation from the city. There was a large family using the hotel for a family reunion. A DJ appeared around 9:00pm and they did karaoke with a speaker for a few hours. Car and hotel room doors shutting all night. I understand this is common but I feel the hotel should have done a better job of separating guests from the family reunion. Breakfast is excellent. You need to leave the property with a car for any other meals or drinks.
Buena noche ! Tuve una muy mala experiencia con su plataforma. Hice una busqueda para hotel en tepoztlan morelos.y la plataforma me dio la opción de este hotel. Hice la reservación y resulto estar en veracruz Xico. Les pido de la manera más atenta hagan la devolución de mi pago.

Excelente servicio del restaurante, las habitaciones cómodas quizá el único tema es que no hay buena cobertura de Wifi! Pero muy recomendable

Mi estancia en este hotel fue maravillosa, la ubicación es excelente debido a que está en un lugar muy centrico y tienes acceso rapido a muchos lugares, el desayuno es muy rico y el servicio al cliente es muy eficiente.
Es un hotel decente, solo hay que considerar que si quieres llegar caminando a llanito 33 tienes que ir en auto pues es una subida bastante pronunciada la del hotel
La ubicación, la atención del personal excelente, y la comodidad y limpieza del lugar muy agradable
