The appartment is conveniently tucked away in mosta with views of the wonderful dome. Comfy beds with good linen. Spotless bathrooms abd great kitchen facilities (Coffee pod machine was a bonus) Keep up the great work luke. Simon & sandra

Nothing it was excellent

The room was clean. The communal kitchen and bathroom were clean. There was useful tourist information available from leaflets and magazines.

Communication from the host was unclear, misleading & confusing. When I asked for clarification, the host was dismissive and condesending. Key information was wrong or delivered only after further request when I had arrived. Asked to download and use a phone app - Hi Tek Connect - to access property without key. This has privacy & security issues. I got calls through app from other guests trying to access property and alert notifications from other bedrooms during my stay. Given option of double bed or 2 single beds, requested a double bed, got 2 single beds put together. NOT comfortable. Breakfast is NOT exceptional. This is the host's (biased) opinion. The food was good, sometimes very good - BUT NOT EXCEPTIONAL. Also incorrect information provided on property listing about breakfast "A variety of breakfast options are available, including continental, full English/Irish, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Fresh pastries, pancakes, warm dishes, and cheese are served daily." NOT TRUE. It is a select menu from a local Manouche bakery cafe that is NOT their full breakfast menu options. ALSO - I was charged almost 20 Euros per day for the (not so) exceptional breakfast that only costs 7-9 Euros from the bakery where it is served - DOUBLE the actual price. DO NOT ORDER THE BREAKFAST OPTION IF BOOKING THIS PROPERTY = PRICES ARE INFLATED & UNFAIR. When I complained to the host about this they said the pricing was not unfair and that the additional fees were due to Booking.com commission rate of 18%. I checked other dates and found the same inflated charges were being applied for breakfast. Screenshots attached. The host also refused my request for a refund through Booking.com and refused to communicate with me further after their initial response due to stress and anxiety it had caused them. They also claimed that due to my late booking and Genius discount that they "lost" money on my stay.

The place itself and staff were excellent. However you do need to share facilities with people which can be tricky. But the rooms and facilities are very good

Malta is no longer Malta and I found this depressing and left early. I will not return to the island.

Séjour très agréable à Mosta ! Luke est un hôte exceptionnel, toujours disponible et très gentil. L’appartement est propre, calme et bien situé pour visiter l’île. Merci encore pour l’accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Luke a été très attentionné et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui m’a beaucoup facilité le séjour. Le logement est confortable et bien équipé, parfait pour découvrir l’île. Merci encore pour tout, et au plaisir de revenir un jour ! Non
