Cwtch Cardiff Bay

Love the fact that we were all able to stay in the same room. Perfect location for the Bay and Millennium Centre. Easy to communicate with the host.

The WiFi was unavailable that weekend. A slightly bigger fridge would be handy for snacks etc.

Ideal for an overnight stay for a concert. Clean and tidy

Wifi didn’t work not TV messaged host but still didn’t work then ignored my message

We had a great stay at the Cwtch. It was clean and maintained very well. Would definitely recommend this property.

The room was beautifully decorated and in a great location.

The room was in a basement, and there was a strong smell of damp. The walls were crumbling because the walls were so damp. We paid £300 for 1 night, and it definitely wasn't worth that!

Good location, comfortable, clean, exactly what we expected.

The beds were very comfortable and it’s a good location. We had complimentary chocolate and biscuits.

We weren’t given the key code so we couldn’t access the property, we were waiting two hours trying to contact the property owners which made us late for our concert. It states that there’s aircon but there is not. There’s a small dehumidifier unit in the room which gives our warm air. We ran out of hot water. The room has no windows as it’s down in a cellar.
