Poca cura, moquette macchiata, scale sporche Balcone praticamente non utilizzabile con ringhiera in pietra piena di muffa (non si poteva appoggiare nulla) e cicche ovunque . Non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani doccia bagnati
