The sheets were dirty, there was no cleaning service, they didn't give water, they didn't want to change the towels or give us more. And when we asked to change them, they asked us to return the towels, which never happens in a hotel. The atmosphere was also ugly, and the customer service is terrible. They didn't want to help at all and they weren't kind, on the contrary, they were kind of mean.

"Couldn't have found a better overnight lodging for us."

Reasonable rate, was convenient for us for an overnight before boarding on cruise ship. Older facility but appeared well maintained and cleaner than many. Will definately stay there again if an overnight is needed.

Ummmmm.. can't think of any negatives...

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful

The room was disgusting. There was a used pimple patch on the shower wall and personal hairs on the toilet.

"It was alright for the money."

For the price, it was a good value. Clean and confy. Coffee in the breakfast area was really good.

Only decaf coffee in the room, the front desk said that he didn't have access to any of the supplies. Customer service in the front desk at check-in was not professional. The clerck at check out in the morning. was nicer.
