Room was dirty could not get towels pool was not open when ask why acted like they could not understand no breakfast bar just 1 waffle making and toast it was awful

Front desk staff is always rude with a attitude. This was my second time staying here and everytime it’s always a problem with her

Room not cleaned properly, Air conditioner made loud noises, bath had dirt in it, bed sheets stained, looked like they hadn't been changed, pubic hairs in bed. staff weren't helpful. Whole area looked dodgy with people approaching you to ask for money or cigarettes. reeked of maruijana.

While the room initially appeared clean, it became clear that it wasn’t properly maintained. There a persistent humidity issues in the room despite the air conditioning was running, which made it feel damp and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Additionally breakfast was advertised but only coffee, bread and yogurts were available. Overall the stay did not meet my expectations. The location was convenient, which was the only positive aspect of the stay.
