Great customer service, great food, clean rooms

The room is clean, the air conditioning works well, and the staff are very helpful. Having the beach and restaurant right outside the door is a fantastic bonus, and the breakfast offers plenty of options. I’ll definitely come back!

Overall, everything was good. The hotel is located next to the walkway to the beach, but it was a bit noisy at night.

Oxygen is a great hotel! The rooms are big and very comfortable and everything is new and works really well. It’s simply a really nice hotel with a restaurant (with delicious food) in the second floor overlooking the beach. Watching the sunrise from the first floor open air lounge area was one of the best parts. The room was cleaned daily and water bottles were always re-stocked. Most of all, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would book with them again 100%.

The only things that would have made it better is if they had a private space on the beach with lounge chairs, and a smaller/dimmer light on the night table. However, to be fair, the hotel description/photos showed that no such beach space was available, so it’s not something I expected them to have.

We had an exceptional experience at the Oxygen. Location is perfect - right at the beautiful Paje beach, the restaurant is very good and the room is comfy and clean. They arranged a taxi for us from the airport. The staff were truly amazing! Gerardo, Anita and the rest were helpful and kind, above and beyond what we could expect. During the stay I broke my leg and they took care of my every need - from a drive to the hospital to breakfast in the room. I am so grateful for each of them, and can't wait to return to Paje!

There was a plumbing issue in our room, but it was fixed when we approached the staff.
