Giardino sul Mare

Great place to be, really only a few steps to the beach! big terrasse and well fursnished. Missing only a bottle of red wine to our dinner (cheese and bread from the market) our host went an brought us a bottle from her wine cellar: So sweet!

The apartment is a sousterrain-apartment - probably great when it is hot in the summer. In April a bit cold and less welcoming.

Wonderful apartment right on the beach. I love the succulent garden. There was also a gas bbq available. Felt amazing to just walk directly onto the beach. Having a washing machine was very helpful. There was even detergent for us.

The beach access, lovely garden and relaxing outdoor areas were exceptional. The property was very well appointed with everything needed for a self-catered stay. The hosts were delightful and thoughtful people. Also within easy access of Valley of Temples area.

Sometimes the internet dropped out but generally it just needed to be reset.

Perfect location, beautiful beachfront house with private beach access, amazing views, a perfectly manicured garden and a friendly host all led to the perfect stay. 10/10 recommend, thank you Anna Maria!

Nothing, it was perfect!

Location is absolutely perfect for visiting the Temple Valey in Agrigento and Scala dei Turchi (last one on foot). The garden and the beach are really nice.

Being between a ground floor/ half basement, the room windows are not reachable, being very high and couldn’t be opened to get some fresh air. We had some fun with the trash-bins hunting cats as well.

The location can’t be beat! Right on the beach with Stairs of the Turks in plain view. Anna Maria greeted us warmly at the property and made us feel like family. She was the ultimate host, very thoughtful and made sure we had coffee, milk, crostini, pasta and sauce along with many other food and kitchen essentials! It was a lovely space, clean and tidy. We loved stepping out the door and walking to the beach to drink our morning coffee. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We felt so comfortable and really enjoyed our time there.

The location is absolutely fantastic, nothing beats that, garden that leads to the sea is as beautiful as in the pictures. There are several snug corners and terraces to enjoy the sea.

The apartment is very clean but quite vintage. You will have to use Google Translate to communicate with your hostess if you don't speak Italian. She is very hospitable though.

This house is in an exceptional location with the sea lapping at your feet and the white cliff of La Scala dei Turchi at the end of the beach. The garden is really lovely to sit in and look at the view. The house is spacious and well appointed, and the house manager could not have been kinder or more helpful.

A bit tricky without a car, but the house manager arranged local taxis.

A magic place with an incredible garden, it is better than pictures. Direct access to the sea with wonderful view! A lovely lady welcomed us when we arrived. We will come back defently.
