Everything We attended a wedding in the area so booked this for the night. We had to leave the wedding meal to go and check in as the staff wouldn’t accommodate with us. We asked to come early which we know this is a struggle she said no and said we had to be there between 2&4pm. We showed up instantly the woman was rude we asked if she could order a taxi she said ummm no you can do that when you go back downstairs We went to our room which was in the attic the bed was awfully uncomfortable, the sink had hair in it, wires hanging out of the walls, mould on the walls, rubbish under the bed We instantly regretted booking this room and handed in the keys. We explained to the woman that we couldn’t stay and she hads now put this down as a no show. Definitely would not recommend to anyone

First time in Porthcawl as traveled for a family funeral........5 hour drive had to leave work early, because the manager said last check in was 9pm......wouldn't budge either .....I had been kind enough to let them know we would be arriving at 10pm because of that reason..........

Apparently if you book through booking. Com you get a room at the top shared bathroom toilet and shower ........the shower well I can wee faster...... The TV doesn't work either oh you can switch it on, but it buffers for 20 seconds but nothing after that.......none of the channels you can get at all..... No breakfast ,a sink in the room ......... Apparently if you book with the hotel direct you get a better room at a higher price............

Highly recommend.
