A large apartment with good renovation, nice hosts who were interested in accommodation, check-in was earlier than expected

The door in the bedroom is not convenient, but I understand that this is a local feature, no hanger for outerwear, closed door in the closet, poor drain in the shower room, not enough toilet paper and no additional garbage bags

Very clean, comfortable and a big space

Parking space is a bit dramatic but it is Genova, so that’s normal

The apartment is lovely, larger than expected - 2 bedrooms, a large living room (with open space kitchen), another room, and 2 bathrooms. And it was all very clean, and fully equipped: kitchen, washing room, etc. We only interacted with the host prior to arrival (because we had a delay) and then we confirmed leaving at the set time.

The location itself is up the hills, which would be fine, but we all had luggage on the first day (and there are some "evil" stairs). On the last day, we found out there was a city elevator that would enable us to reach it a bit easier. :) We weren't allowed to use the building elevator, which would be fine, but the message in the lobby addressed to us was a bit rude (perhaps because of the translation). We had some problems with the water in the shower and tub – it was either too hot or too cold, so it was a bit difficult to find the mid-temperature. And the neighbour downstairs had a small meltdown because we walked (!) around in the house at night, and apparently, his ceiling is sensitive. Difficult not to walk around when the bathroom is at the other end of the apartment.

The property is stunning, comfy and good vibes. You have everything you need. Super clean, just love it. Honestly I will write some issues but just so they can improve a bit cause wasn’t nothing serious that disturbed our staying. We definitely recommend the place.

The tv is not smart so I couldn’t connect Netflix, also the position of the tv is bad cause you can’t watch it from the couch. One of the sinks was clogged. You can not use the wardrobe cause is already full of sheets and stuff. And also the location is really far from the center, to go by walk is easy cause is all downhill, but to go back we took a cab all the time.

The pre-check in procedure was long and quite tedious, especially being 5 guests. Receiving the same standard long email every day became confusing. We asked for more than one set of keys being 5 people and we were neglected. Similarly, we asked for a 1-2h allowance on check out time (set to 10 am with next guests check in at 4pm) as we were traveling to a wedding and yet again we were neglected. Also, new pillos are needed as the filling deteriorated and it's now clamped together making it uncomfortable.
