Felt like home

Great place to stay. We may plan on staying again, however there is extremely limited parking. Area seems run-down however after acclimating to the island, you realize the historical value of such areas. Surrounding businesses and people are extremely friendly and welcoming. Will stay here aging in the future.

I do NOT recommend staying here. There were bed bugs in the bed, the ac was broken and there was no blanket for the sofa so my friend had to sleep without a blanket. It was also extremely loud outside and no where to park. I’ve been waiting on a refund and still nothing.

if you can make parking for this property that will be great

There were some good things about this place, but more bad things in our opinion. The bed was comfortable and it was definitely a big apartment. But it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and we had a lot of luggage. And they have some sort of electronic sound monitor to make sure you're quiet and don't bother the neighbors, but there is so much road noise we thought that was a bit of joke. I have to say that I was a bit offended that they wouldn't give a one-hour late checkout without paying. We wanted to stay until Noon, and they said we could but we had to pay extra. And the place certainly wasn't cheap. We travel a lot and I've never been asked to pay more for a one-hour late checkout. They should change that policy.

The apartment we got was so cozy and cute it had two balconies everything was clean , the water did go out ( which comes with the PR Life) but they were so helpful and replied quickly and got us a new apartment with an extra bedroom and close to downtown area and still close to where we were staying. I’ll be using Otium rentals next time I come back to PR specifically.
