Despite being near the action, the property was very quiet and peaceful. The pool and common space were clean and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and quiet through the night. The staff was incredible, going the extra mile to help with any request. Would definitely recommend for those looking to be close to the beach.

I stayed at Kubu Pande for 3 weeks and I think I couldn't have made a better choice. I would like to start with saying how grateful I am to have met Dodik and his team (family) and for the kindness, genuine attention and care they showed towards me. The accommodation has a fantastic location, very close to all amenities, restaurants, Bwork (a co-working office, which is important if you are on a ''workaction'' like I was) and the ocean. Despite of it's central location, Kubu Pande is a hidden gem, located in a quiet side street. The homestay was very peaceful and quiet at all times, and as a solo female traveller, I felt really safe. The garden is lovely and green, with an amazing pool, perfect to cool down. The room was very comfortable and spacious, side note: the pillow was great:)). The team cleaned the room everyday. I also had my laundry done twice, with the help of Ketut. Both times the clothes came back clean, ironed, nicely folded and smelling amazing. If you need a driver just ask Dodik,he will recommend Ari to you! Ari is the best travel companion and driver you can have. Ari, thanks again for the great conversations we had while driving around the island. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return in the future! Highly recommended!:)

great location, cosy / clean room, really nice garden / pool area, friendly staff - the owner, Pande was so welcoming

the bathroom was clean but it could do with a revamp as not the nicest and new towels would be good as ours were clean but stained

The Room is very cozy, clean and specious with nice aircon and WiFi. The location is good, all in walking distance to the beach and lots of nice restaurant and cafe and laundry shop. They have the kitchen available and water for free to fill up. They clean the room everyday. The host and staff are super friendly and nice. When I got Bali belly during my stay, they are all taking care of me so well and provide coconuts water and papaya to my room which is good for recovery. Fully recommend this lovely place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
