Wonderful friendly staff

Room was bit small

Nothing at all.

Room service was worst, without asking for at least 5 time any services was given and that too incomplete. I lost my few cloths and property owners attitude was above the Sky. Would suggest stay outside on station somewhere rather than opting this hotel.

The location was near the famous banke bihari temple

There were lot of issues with the property: 1. The hotel didn't accept card for payment 2. There was no lift which was mentioned as part of the booking 3. Towels were provided 1 day later after constantly reminding the staff 4. No toiletries except one small hand soap 5. Rooms were very small and there was dirt all around the room 6. Didn't keep any complimentary water bottle in the room and had to ask for it 7. Wifi didn't work at all and again had to ask for password in the first go

No in-hotel kitchen,no complementary mineral water, the soap given had black marks as of fungus,no kits for brushing,no kettle for tea/ coffee in the room, door lock broken only to use with keys, showers of bathroom did not have hot water..hot water available only from tap..to be used in bucket, Washroom full of lady bindes,no proper towel, blankets were not clean
