Nothing at all

The room has a spider web and a spider next to the wardrobes . No microwave, requested iron, not working. The ironing board is very dirty. No hand soap . No shower gel , no shower cap. The head board is not stable, making a noise each time you turn. Poor communication with the owner. Didn't even see him/ her. The ref code for the gate was not working, no security at the gate. We were assisted by a resident who was on her way out, she had to scan her finger for us to get in.

"Overall- okay"

The room was clean and tidy.

There’s a sliding door connecting the room to the main house that is not isolating the room fully so it feels like there’s always someone close by! And very early in the morning someone was trying to open that door and get into the room… uncomfortable
